is a poet, vocal looper, and improv artist with over 15 years of performances across North America. In the time Chronfused has been professionally exhibiting their unique style of interdisciplinary art they have made a commitment to creating one of a kind interactive experiences that frame the heaviness of the world with more palatable feelings of whimsy. Using poetry, music, and improvisation Chronfused graces stages, one on one interactions and numerous other artistic avenues with the intention of reminding the observer that collective joy is a force to be reckoned with.

Chronfused (Julie B.) is a melodic vocal looper, poet, and improv artist who may actually just be a puff of smoke vaguely shaped like a human. Having spent their youth involved with the arts in their home-town of Yellowknife Chronfused has been performing professionally for over 15 years. A love of poetry, and audience collaboration has given their performance a style that captivates and inspires. This dedication to whimsy has taken Chronfused from private events, to cabarets and festivals around North America most notably "Vines festival" “Astral Harvest Festival” “Hulaween FL” “Vancouver Pride” and “Vancouver Coastal Jazz Fest”. In Recent years Chronfused has been hosting and producing a musical improv show at citr called "MUSE-ish", joined forces with 'The Artemis Musicians Society' as their poet for an experimental music residency at the Banff centre, become a core member of the performance art troupe WizardWalksYVR as Puff the Wizard, and even been invited to France to write 8 poetic soundscapes based on 8 colours and emotions with Atelier Artist Residancy. Still no matter if it's serious or silly a Chronfused experience is always as strange as it is stirring.
